The programme commenced with the opening prayer. Rev Sr Rita Vas the Provincial Superior welcomed all very specially to Rev Sr Milly Fernandes the Assistant General, the President of the day with the creative rhythmic band. ‘Give Blood- Save Life’ is part of Province Day. Those donated blood on the 5th of October were appreciated for their noble gesture.  Next important item of the day was the ice-breaking session. Sisters enjoyed the same through their participation.

 Sr Milly Fernandes the Assistant General the President of the day in her Presidential address said that a community to be joyful there should be unity in the community as well as speaking well of one another is essential. Community and mission are the two sides of the same coin. She urged the sisters to love the community and the mission.

Fr Melwin Pinto SJ  the resource person spoke on the responsible use of Media. He said we cannot avoid media. Mass media cannot give human touch and interaction. It gives expression to creativity.  Bishop Peter Paul Saldanha, the Bishop of Mangalore officiated the Eucharistic celebration. In the Homily he  advised  to increase the devotion to the Virgin Mary specially in times of crises. Sisters and formees of the Province exhibited their talents through enacting the skit, dance and song etc. It was indeed a day of joyful note to meet and greet each other.

Sr Leena Rodrigues proposed Vote of Thanks.  Srs Judith, Precilla, Sandra and Shanthi compeered the event.
