Her baptismal name was Kochu Therese P.J. Born on 04.08.1932 to Mr Augustine John and Mariamma as a fourth child among the five siblings. This God-fearing family lived in Travancore, Kodamangalum Diocese, Kerala. After her high School studies, the young and energetic Kochu Therese joined the Ursuline Franciscan Congregation in the year 1954 at Holy Rosary Convent, Jeppu, made her Temporary Profession on 29.05.1956. Her faith, dedicated service and love for the Lord enabled her to make her Perpetual Profession on 06.05.1959.

Sr Rose Marie D’Souza was born on 15th August 1935 to late John B. D’Souza and late Pietas Saldanha of St Ann’s Parish, Kelarai, Mangalore. Among the twelve children she was the sixth one. She grew up in a devout and God fearing family. Her eldest sister Sr Vincentino joined Apostolic Carmel, her other two sisters namely Sr Neera D’Souza and Sr Shalini D’Souza are rendering their service in St Charles Borromeo Congregation.

Sr Susheela Maria was born in a traditional Hindu family of late Mr Manjunath Kharvi and late Mrs. Manju Kharvi on 15th June 1973 at Gangolli. She was the youngest child among the five - three brothers and one sister. She did her primary schooling at St Joseph’s School and High School at Stella Maris Girls’ High School, Gangolli. After completing PUC from V.S. Junior College, Gangolli, she completed Secretariat Course at Vijayamari Technical Institute, Mary Hill, Mangalore. During the time of her studies, she came in contact with many Catholic girls studying at Mary Hill. She went to North India with some of them to work. She worked in different schools as an office staff. She was much appreciated for her sincerity, availability, gentle dealings and faithfulness.

Sr Sereena D’Souza was born of John Dsouza and Florine Vas at St Joseph the Worker, Neermarga Parish in Mangalore Diocese on April 25, 1943. Her baptismal name was Lilliana. She was the first and only daughter among the four children. Her brother Mr Cyril D’Souza died just One month ago on October 14, 2022. The other two brothers Mr Francis DSouza and Mr Victor DSouza are in Mumbai and Newzeland respectively. She had Fr Joseph Lobo S.J., Fr Henri Vas ofm cap, Sr Loretta, Tarbs and Sr Juliana Vas Holy Spirit Sister as her Cousins.

Sr Hildegarde was born on 7th October 1939 as the 3rd child among the 7 children of Mr Sylvester Rasquinha and Carmine Saldanha, a devout and affectionate family of St Sebastian Church, Bendur, Mangalore diocese. Born on the feast of our Lady of the Holy Rosary, Sr Hildegarde had a great love and devotion to Mother Mary and the recitation of the Rosary.   At Baptism she was named as Juliana and grew up in the loving, caring and devout family ambience.  Her family was a domestic church where they prayed the daily family prayers together and participated in the Eucharist regularly.  Juliana was a clever and cheerful girl, did her primary and secondary education at St Joseph’s School, Nanthoor and Sacred Heart Girls High School, Kulshekar, after which did her professional course of Teacher’s Training at Capitanio, Mangalore.
