The Ursuline Franciscan Congregation held its ‘All Superiors Meeting’, a significant gathering that serves as a cornerstone for spiritual and administrative alignment within the Congregation. The meeting took place from 27th to 31st December 2025 at the Generalate ‘Somarpann’ in Derlakatte. It provided a precious opportunity for superiors from across various missions to meet, share their experiences, and find renewed strength in their collective sisterhood.

     The Province Day of Mangalore Province was celebrated on 8th November 2025 at Assisi Central School, Bagambila, with the theme “Caring for Creation, Healing the World.” The celebration beautifully reflected the unity, gratitude, and mission of the Ursuline Franciscan family.

     In celebration of the Universal Church’s Jubilee 2025, the Mangalore Province organized the Jubilee of Formators and Formees on 12 October 2025 at Somarpann Novitiate with the theme “Rooted in Christ, Blossoming in Hope.”

     In line with the Universal Church’s Jubilee 2025 celebrations, the Mangalore Province held a Jubilee gathering for Vocation Promoters, Animators of UFLA and UFB, and Sisters engaged in various apostolates such as Teaching, Social, Health, Legal and Counseling at Shanthidham on October 5, 2025 with the theme - “Pilgrims of hope: guiding hearts and shaping lives”.

     The Ursuline Franciscan Congregation, Mangalore Province conducted a day camp for girls from 9th grade onwards on 27 September 2025 at Lourdes High School, Bejai. The camp was inaugurated by Sr. Juliana Pais, Vice Provincial, who delivered a meaningful inaugural talk.

     The 9th Regional Chapter of the European Region of the Ursuline Franciscan Congregation was held from October 11-18, 2025 at Pax Gästehaus in Unkel, Germany. In preparation for the Chapter, the 20 delegates spent 4 days in a spiritual retreat, on the theme “Repair my House in a Synodal way,” which was prayerfully guided by Fr Dennis OSFS.

     It was our long awaited dream to have our own Social Action Centre at Lucknow for North Province in order to coordinate and cater to the Social Apostolate of all the units of the Province, so the terrace of the novitiate block was converted into Social Action Centre.

     A two-day seminar on Legal Aid was organized for the Sisters of the North Province on 30th September and 1st October 2025, with the objective of creating awareness and empowering the participants in matters related to law and justice. A total of 45 Sisters participated in this enriching and insightful programme.

     North Province organized a seminar on the topic ““Called to Lead, Rooted in Christ and Serving in Love” “on the 16th of August 2025 for the leaders of the North Province at Jeevan Dhara Provincialate, Lucknow. A total of 28 Sisters attended the seminar.

     A seminar on "Animation Skills" on the 12th and 13th of July 2025 for the Superiors’ and First Assistants of all the communities of the North Province at Jeevan Dhara Provincialate, Lucknow. A total of 32 Sisters attended the seminar.
