Sisters render service as educators in the education institutions to foster integral development which enables every student to be emotionally balanced, intellectually alert, morally sound, spiritually oriented, socially committed and culturally enriched.

Sisters are actively involved in all activities undertaken by the respective parishes they serve. Animation of youth and adults, especially women, through associations, catechesis, preparation for liturgy and sacraments, programmes for leadership in the parish community and village society, faith formation in the local parish and the sub-stations of the parish, attending SCCs meetings and evangelization are some of the many activities undertaken by the Sisters.

The social work centres of the Congregation faithfully carry on the task of fulfilling the objectives of bringing social change through dignified human life by social, political, economic and spiritual empowerment. These centres organize women and children sanghas, hold training programmes for the farmers on agriculture, skill training for unemployed youth, Grihini training for adolescent girls, conduct camps on health and sanitation, organize self-help groups, train villagers in indigenous system of medicine, organize adult literacy through non-formal education. Rehabilitation to sex workers, drug addicts, and street children, victims of women trafficking and prisoners are some of the important features of these centres. The Congregation has launched Adolescent Empowerment Project in 2019 which is gaining momentum in all the Provinces. This project mainly aims at empowering adolescents/youth thus to prepare them as responsible citizens of our nation.
